The Last Bite is curated by Xuan “Vi” Nguyen, a 24-year-old hailing from Huntington Beach in Southern California. She was born in Malaysia, raised in Sydney, Australia, and then weathered during her coming of age by the fresh air and grey skies of the Pacific Northwest. She has lived in Los Angeles and currently Orange County for a little over two years, working by day in the non-profit field, while also dabbling in freelance design/arts gigs and helping out with community events. She has cultivated an obsession with delicious food and is an avid follower of eclectic music, news and fashion blogs. She firmly believes in creativity, generosity, sustainability, and the power of cities and their communities to transform.
